About me

Hi! I'm Nico Trujillo

I consider myself passionate about technology and personal development. I am constantly learning and training in topics related to management, projects, teams, and people.

I have over a decade of experience in the technology sector and traditional banking.

My journey began as a teaching assistant at the institute where I graduated, and later as an accounting analyst at my province's hospital.

Shortly after, I joined Banco Santa Cruz S.A. as an Operator, where I gained experience in processing routines, backups, and safeguards, as well as process automation.

I am currently working as a Technical Analyst in another department of the same Systems and Technology Management division.

I am an Industrial Engineer, graduated from the National Technological University. I hold a postgraduate degree in Project Management from UTN Buenos Aires through the E-Learning Center.

My training aims to be cross-disciplinary in topics related to managing work groups, team building, products, and projects.

The essence of organizations lies in people because if we could do everything independently, organizations would not exist. Organizations provide products or services to the market, and the way to expand their capacity is through project management.

People form work groups and have the potential to develop into teams. And what truly makes great products: Are great teams!

I learned from Martín Alaimo and earned certification in the Scrum framework.

This concept transformed my perspective on management. Manage the system, not the people. It introduces the idea of treating others as they like to be treated—which requires understanding them first.

Project management changed my life. It helped me realize that projects are part of both personal and professional endeavors, whether launching a business, planning a trip, or tackling professional challenges. As they say, “Good things happen when you join the PMI.”

In the realm of technology, earning ITIL certification in Service Management provided me with a holistic view of the processes and stakeholders involved in service delivery, along with the best practices to ensure operational excellence.

In 2021, we formed a team of enthusiasts distributed across Argentina. We work as freelancers.

Our projects have ranged from collaborating with a Ministry of Economy, Finance, and Infrastructure to working with a company operating waste treatment plants.

We built, launched, and published a job board, which we aim to scale as a point of contact between companies, startups, and talent in the tech sector.
