To ensure clarity and alignment, we utilized a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to define and communicate project deliverables effectively. This structured approach provided a clear roadmap, outlining each component of the project, including core functional modules, security implementation, documentation, and final deployment. By leveraging the WBS, we maintained transparency and ensured all stakeholders had a shared understanding of project milestones.

EVASA Project
IT Project Manager - Jan 2022 - Nov 2022
Managed a team of four developers—two front-end, one back-end, and one mobile developer—to create a Transport Management System aimed at automating and streamlining the registration, tracking, and reporting processes. The system includes a client and transport company registration process, with approval from a third-party entity, generating reports to display the status of authorized users and transporters. It supports document attachments and allows users to view a template of authorized transport companies once registered. Additionally, it handles material entry and exit processes, including manifest creation and traceability for heavy materials. The reporting feature provides graphical representations of existing data, such as manifest deliveries and user lists, ensuring complete traceability and efficiency. The overall goal was to systematize, automate, and track all product movements within the transport process.

MEFI Project
IT Project Manager - Nov 2020 - Nov 2021
This project aims to automate and optimize repetitive, monotonous, and distributed tasks that were previously performed manually. The project involved designing and implementing a restricted-access web page (intranet) to centralize these tasks while ensuring security and full traceability of operations. This approach minimized human effort and errors, improved control, and enhanced efficiency through continuous improvement techniques and process reengineering.
We adopted an iterative and incremental approach, segmenting deliveries by each module of the web application. This phased execution allowed for early feedback on partial releases, enabling refinements before the final product launch. By continuously engaging stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle, we enhanced adaptability and ensured the solution met evolving requirements.
To guarantee a high-quality final product, we deployed a dedicated testing environment on a cloud-hosted VPS. This setup provided the client with hands-on access to test and validate each deliverable before deployment. By integrating this step into our workflow, we ensured that every release met expectations and minimized risks before transitioning to the production environment.
